Held From The Sea

SYNOPSIS

‘Held from the Sea‘ is inspired by knowledge of the ocean and reflects on what we often forget about our relationship with nature, while raising awareness of the impacts of unethical tourism on critically endangered sea turtles. Only 1 in 1,000 sea turtle hatchlings survives, and 6 of the 7 species of sea turtle are threatened with extinction, with two of those being critically endangered. Even though this issue can feel distant, it is far more connected to us.
